Mark from MISSEDABEAT, who oversees the club shop and supports the club in various volunteer roles, has had discussions with Chairman Allan Oliver and the management team. Plans are in place for MISSEDABEAT to sponsor the club’s third kit, further solidifying their commitment to supporting both the senior and youth teams.
MISSEDABEAT is proud to strengthen its partnership with Newton Aycliffe FC, a team that plays in the Northern Premier League. Currently, MISSEDABEAT sponsors club players Toby Pascoe and Jack Clarkson, alongside super supporter Alfie Thomas, and has an advertising board at the ground—but the collaboration doesn’t stop there.
To raise the necessary funds for the third kit sponsorship, MISSEDABEAT will be running a Bonus Ball competition. Numbers are priced at £10 each, which will cover the cost of full kits and sponsorship for the senior team. Participants will have the chance to win a framed and signed shirt from either Eddie Howe or Jurgen Klopp, with the lucky winner getting to choose their preferred shirt.
In addition to sponsoring the senior team, MISSEDABEAT is also looking to assist the Newton Aycliffe Under 17’s team by raising funds to provide them with the same third kit as the senior team. The Under 17’s, who play in the TJFA Division 1, will also benefit from a Bonus Ball competition to ensure they too can also wear the club’s official 3rd kit.
Mark will be working with Steven Powell from the Under 17’s to arrange prizes for their Bonus Ball competition.
The Under 17’s home games take place at the new pitch at the rear of Newton Aycliffe Sports Complex. As part of the ongoing commitment to safety, MISSEDABEAT’s previous work with Aycliffe Under 17’s included raising funds for a defibrillator, and they are eager to continue supporting the team in new ways.
